We wtorek 25 marca 2025 roku na Wydziale Nauk Inżynieryjnych przy dużym zainteresowaniu studentów został zaprezentowany przez Assoc. Prof Ph.D Eng Narcis Barsan z Universytetu w Bacau - Rumunia wykład pt. „Some practical approaches to the use of ultrafiltration in wastewater treatment”.
Podjęta tematyka dotyczyła zagadnień z zakresu inżynierii środowiska, informatyki i mechatroniki, które są uwzględniane w technologii membranowej usuwania mikro i nanozanieczyszczeń w oczyszczalni ścieków. Prelegent podkreślił, że w ostatnim etapie oczyszczania zastosowana metoda uznawana za wysokosprawną sprzyja usuwaniu efektywnemu wirusów, bakterii i pasożytów o znaczącej masie cząsteczkowej. Na podstawie przedstawionych wyników podkreślił, że proces ten zapewnia uzyskanie stabilnego źródła czystej wody do celów przemysłowych w ramach gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym, a nadto wykazał, że proces ultrafiltracji korzystanie wpływa na uzdatnianie wody pitnej.
Wykład odbył się w ramach Programu Erasmus+.
On 25.03.2025, at the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, with great interest from students, a lecture entitled "Some practical approaches to the use of ultrafiltration in wastewater treatment" was presented by Assoc. Prof. Ph.D Eng Narcis Barsan from the University of Bacau - Romania. The topics discussed concerned issues in the field of environmental engineering, computer science and mechatronics, which are taken into account in the membrane technology for the removal of micro and nanopollutants in a wastewater treatment plant. The speaker emphasized that in the last stage of purification, the method used, considered to be highly efficient, is conducive to the effective removal of viruses, bacteria and parasites of significant molecular weight. On the basis of the results presented, he emphasized that this process ensures a stable source of clean water for industrial purposes within the framework of the circular economy, and also showed that the ultrafiltration process has an impact on the treatment of drinking water.
The lecture took place as part of the Erasmus+ program.
